How to Offer & Take Criticism

Sometimes when working with others there are issues. Working in Design and especially in Social Media, you have to converse with others in a positive manner. In business you have to get your ideas across and hopefully they will be received in the way you meant them.

As an artist I have been subject to a lot of criticism and many people do not understand constructive criticism. Even I forget the delicate balance of it at times.

So I thought I would do a little research and brush up on my techniques. Here is a helpful videos and some links and tips I'd like to share with you.
